01How can we build an activation around our brand?+
Start with the audience and the action you want to inspire. We can combine live-fire demonstrations, tastings, retail sampling, HQ experiences and original content. Together, we select the right setting, define the product’s role and build a clear scope with creative and production deliverables.
02How do we choose the right partnership?+
Choose a Title Partner presence for broad ownership, a Signature Event Partner package for a focused event or retail series, or an Activation Partner package for selected touchpoints. Share your goals and working investment range, and we will recommend the combination of experience, hospitality and media that best supports them.
03How can we secure category exclusivity?+
The Title Partner package includes event-week category exclusivity. We define the category, covered programs and relevant existing relationships before contracting, so your team has a clear view of its ownership. A focused category position within an individual event may also be explored during planning.
04How does the three-stop retail series work?+
The working schedule pairs grocery on February 6, retail on February 8 and hardware on February 10 with live demonstrations, sampling and dedicated content capture. We coordinate the product, store connection and guest experience with each retailer. The next step is to match your product and audience with the most relevant stop or series package.
05What opportunities are available on Rumble Sports?+
LFR and ECS take over Rumble Sports during Super Bowl Weekend, with Rumble serving as the primary media partner throughout the week. Opportunities include live host-reads, demonstrations, interviews and integration into episodes or recaps. We develop a media plan that connects the right format, timing and audience to your brand.
06How will we understand the campaign’s impact?+
We align the reporting plan with your objectives before production. Measures can include views, watch time, live concurrency, engagement, tracked links, promotional codes and opt-in leads. The proposed resolution is a shared measurement framework that defines which metrics are available and how your team will receive them.
07How can we host clients or our team?+
Private packages accommodate 25–40, 50–100 or 100–200 guests, with custom chef-hosted options available. We can explore HQ evenings, BBQ hospitality areas or Watch Party blocks. Share your group size, preferred date and hosting style, and we will shape the food, beverage, access and setting around your guests.
08What does VIP program access include?+
VIP credentials provide agreed access to the hosted event program and partner hospitality. We confirm the event, arrival process, reserved areas and any included food or beverage in your package. Super Bowl game tickets are separate, allowing us to keep the hosted experience clear and tailored to your needs.
09How can we use the content after the event?+
Approved photography, edited video and recap assets can support your own channels and campaigns. We agree on delivery formats, timing, usage rights and paid-media permissions in advance. The Title Partner package includes agreed raw-content usage rights; additional production can be scoped around your content priorities.
10How do product and creative approvals work?+
We establish a shared production schedule for product sourcing, brand assets, messaging and creative review. Your team provides the essential guidelines, and LFR and ECS translate them into guest experiences and content. Agreed approval points keep the program moving while preserving your brand’s voice.
11How do we plan around talent and event locations?+
We shape each experience around the working event plan and confirm the final venue, appearances and activation footprint as agreements are completed. Rumble is the primary media partner. We keep partners informed through production milestones, then finalize guest-facing details and communications together.
12What is the best next step?+
Use the contact form to share your company, partnership interest and objectives. Your brief helps the team recommend a suitable event, hosting package or media integration. From there, we work toward an agreed scope, investment, production timeline and clear responsibilities for a coordinated launch.
